At Sim-Lab USA, we want you to be fully satisfied with your sim racing equipment. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the electronics and hardware in their original boxes, ensuring all cables, manuals, and mounting components are included.

  Ship to Our Facility

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier to send the package to our designated US distribution center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
